📦 When will my order arrive?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Poland. Typical delivery times are:

• Poland: 2–5 business days

• EU countries: 5–10 business days

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package in real time.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship within Poland and across selected European countries. Please enter your shipping address at checkout to confirm availability and shipping costs.

After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking link and number. Simply click the link to follow your package’s journey anytime.

⏳ What if my order is delayed?

🔁 Can I return my purchase?
Yes! Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please contact us first at coperck@op.pl to receive detailed return instructions.

❗ What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing coperck@op.pl with your order details and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.
